2. Service Description

AdVariant provides image processing services that create visually identical but machine-unique variants of uploaded images. This service is intended for legitimate business purposes such as asset versioning, A/B testing, and creative scaling.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. You may not use this service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute harmful or malicious content
• Circumvent platform policies in a deceptive manner

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your content for service delivery. We do not claim ownership of your images.

5. Data Handling

Uploaded images are automatically deleted after 72 hours. We do not sell or share your content with third parties.

6. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed via cryptocurrency. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide the service "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
